I did not want to leave there and would book here again. Had a comfortable stay for 1 Night, glad I've chosen it. It had great and perfect location near to the two major malls: South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island.

Well priced and absolutely fantastic place

The room had central heating, a microwave oven, and a comfy bed. The big size bathroom was a plus. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel's location near Balboa Island, John Wayne Airport, and Newport Beach was convenient for both business and leisure travelers.

The rooms here are spotlessly clean and come equipped with a kitchenette and a nice bathroom 🧼.

I've been staying at this hotel since February due to water damage and health issues. The location, right next to the airport and freeway, is convenient. it has been my home during this period of relocation, and the extended stay experience has been great.

The location was comfy and particularly good, in a very commercial business type area. Easily reached Ten Asian Bistro, located not too far away from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. The room had 2 double beds and amenities like a microwave, tea/coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator.

This place is a fantastic budget-friendly hotel in a convenient location that was very close to the event I was attending, with the bonus of having a Jamba Juice nearby offering tea and coffee.

The hotel's location is fantastic; it's very close to Newport Beach, a grocery store, and the airport. It's a great idea to book a studio suite with utensils or plates and 2 double beds.

Good location near some cool restaurants. 🍽️ The setting here is comfy and pretty wonderful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The room was spotlessly clean, and all the furniture was in great condition. The bathroom was impeccably neat, and I loved the small kitchen area. The employees were friendly and always greeted me with a warm "Welcome" and "Thank you." The location was perfect for me, as it was close to the places I wanted to visit, including Newport Beach and Balboa Island. Additionally, the hotel offered free and spacious parking, which was a big plus. The free wifi in the room was also a great convenience. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The only downside of my stay was the noise disturbance caused by the guests staying in the room above mine. Throughout the entire night, I was kept awake by the constant walking and pounding of their feet for at least two hours straight.
